Most likely, the flex cable that runs from your LCD to your main PCboard is bad. The only thing that you can try to do is flip your LCD around and against the camera. See if the touch screen will work then. The camcorder will still need to be repaired by an experienced technician at some point.

the flexwire is the problem of your camera and if all wiring be cut the next problem is the lcd monitor would not turn on...go to a service center for replacing or repairing the flexwire...

Take the battery out and turn selection switch to camera and then turn it off. Put the battery back in and its working again.
if that doesn't work try
Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times.
