If you are using internet explorer, you can hold down the Ctrl key and hit the - key to make the text smaller or the + key to enlarge the text. If you have a wheel mouse, hold down the Ctrl key and turn the wheel on your mouse, and that will make it larger or smaller. If you can get to the view tab click it then text size, I have mine set on medium. Good Luck.

PRINT ON EMAIL TOO SMALL

In firefox, click on file->print preview..at the top of that page will be a box with scale to the left of it...click on the down arrow and change the percent to a higher one. Print just a few words and see if it is large enough for you...adjust the per cent as needed...

The print on my screen is too large. I don't know what I did wrong - but I've hit a button (or something) and it's too wide. Can you help me 'shrink' it back down. Thanks.

If you are using windows xp go to control panel then apperance and themes then select screen resolution and change to suit.

My icons and tool bars are so big nothing I bring up fits on the screen.....I can make the internet smaller with the mouse wheel, but it shows in a very small space because of the very large tool bars....

Here are some tips to help you move around when you can't see other parts of the screen
Alt + Tab (hold down Alt and press tab) will move you between open windows
Tab will move you from button to button and to the file menu at the top
Shift + tab will move you back, for example if you hit the tab key one too many times
Alt + F4 will close the open window, if no window is selected it will bring up the shutdown computer screen
F5 will refresh a page on the Internet
F11 will switch between Full Screen mode and not full screen mode
So try getting to the "approved" window and then using tab to select it.

How do i uninstall the lexmark z53 printer from my computer and re install it.

Start Registry Editor. To do this, click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK. Locate and expand the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86View the list of subkeys. There should only be the following subkeys: • Drivers • Print Processors
in the delete any subkeys listed other than drivers and print processors
Locate and then expand the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\MonitorsView the list of subkeys. There should only be the following subkeys for the default print monitors: • BJ Language Monitor • Local Port • PJL Language Monitor • Standard TCP/IP Port • USB Monitor if there are others listed aside from the ones above delete it
then try adding back your lexmark

My Gateway Computer Screen is faded ,everythink looks like on the screen ...for example- you print something and no paint in the printer and the colors letters.etc. hardly visible ....so my computer screen...

It sounds like the voltages set in the LCD driver color references are dead. Maybe if you open it up it will have a loose voltage divider or bad LCD clock/voltage distribution boss circuit. It can of course be that the transistors on the panel are themselves destroyed, but check the below first:

Set the resolution to the monitor's native resolution (1680x1050), and change the panel's brightness and contrast to try and improve things. If it's not glare, make sure the temperature is okay for operating the monitor and perhaps check the video source (another video card or such.) Did the monitor always have this problem?

Fonts and brightness

1.Change your display settings.

Right click somewhere on your desktop, then click on properties.

Click on the apperance tab.

Under Font Size:

change it to large, or even extra large.

2.

Use the buttons on your monitor. Usually there is a menu button. Navigate your way through the menu to find a brightness options.

3.

Just head over to the manufacturers website for that info.

If its a dell, go to www.dell.com
if its a gateway, go to www.gateway.com

Go to their support section of their site, and just look around.

Hope this info is useful.
