We had a similar issue. I assume you have the touch pad keyboard. If you clean this with a rug that produces static it will cause a problem with the touch pad. I replaced ours and it is now working again. You can get this part at repairClinic.com. Our p/n for this was
1008902 Touchpad & control panel assembly (Black) 1 $173.10 $173.10
but make sure you check for the correct part/number to fit your oven! Make sure you disconnect power from the oven before you disassemble anything!
I was very happy with the service from repairClinic.com. I can highly recommend using them!

E1 F5 is bad door lock assembly. Only way to repair is to replace the locking assembly completly. Sorry. Hope this helps.

Thanks for using FixYa. F9 error in your oven/range indicates an issue with the door locks assembly and/or the door latch. To start with check the door lock circuit, you can also try to jump start it to see if it's working. If it's not working then the Electronic Range control has gone bad and should be replaced, if it is working then the door lock circuit should be replaced. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
