My fridgidare top load washer does not drain all the water from my clothes, could it be the belt?when it spins,it makes a whistling sound

Replace the belt and check for debri around the transmission (tranny drives the agitator which controls the capability of the washers actions). The cost of tranny replacement is not worthy buy a new unit when all else fails the whistling sound comes with age

Continius ttone from motherboard

You have a hardware problem. Start by opening the case and disconnecting the hard drive, CD, video card (if an external card) and even the memory. Now turn it on.
Oh, yes--unplug the keyboard. Do this first--a stuck key will produce a continuous sound that you described.
If not the keyboard, and after you unplug everything, if you still get the sound you no doubt have an issue with the motherboard. If no sound, start hooking stuff up until you find the problem. I'd put money on the keyboard, though.

Loud, continuous buzz from Imperial heavy duty commercial freezer

Sounds like bad compressor. Turn off t/stat. If buzz starts when you turn it on then that is what is wrong. May be under mfr wty. Call Maytag to find out.

Continuous low whistling or thin buzzing noise

The high pitched sound is an indication that theres a short most likly in the Hi voltage sweep section or power supply and with out the proper training you should not even take off the back as there are no user replaceable parts inside of these sets. All the parts are soldered in and you can not look at them and see that they are bad.. its almost like when your check engine light comes on you look but what do you see without a computer to read the on board computer vto see what the problem(s) are. Take the set into or call a pro to assist you with this repair. good luck
