Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
When I plug my 80GB iPod video/classic into iTunes, it shows up as having a 183.96GB capacity and the summary indicates 153.92GB of "Other" with 141.5MB of audio and 29.91GB free. Obviously this is wrong. It has about 29GB free, but until I did the factory "restore" to try to solve this, I had about 55GB of audio, and a bit of video, and a couple of games. When I check my computer management, it is recognizing the iPod with the appropriate letter drive (which I have had to change in the past). Usually I can get the system to finally recognize my iPod as the 80GB but not this time. Any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? I have tried changing USB ports but to no avail.
What u should restore ur ipod on the comp or maybe a software update try updating ur fm (firmware)
P.S. this is probably one of the funniest things i have heard happen to an iPod.
