check/ rep[lace the injector
check the wiring and connections for that injector
test the injector by relocating it in another cylinder spot to see if the miss moves the same

There should be some hiddin screws on the side or each side
tighten them with a screw driver

You need to run your installation/restore CD/DVD that came with the Dell. If you do not have them, you can order them from Dell for a nominal amount.

Most likely your lid switch is broken. Most will fill and agitate but not drain or spin if lid switch is broken.

Replace with a new or used one.

what type of lacing system is it?

Not sure if you can find a replacement lid but you may be able to play DVD's if you manually depress the small switch that the lid would engage if it were closed. The switch is located where the lid hinges at the right side, you should see a small rectangular hole. The switch can be depressed through that hole. Of cousre, your DVD will be spinning with no lid to protect it but just don't touch it while the disc is playing. When done playing, you can just turn the unit off or remove whatever you used to engage the small lid switch.
