Check for obstuction of the toner level sensor, (ie: dust, dirt, toner spillage). Be sure to go into control panel settings to tell the unit a new cart has been installed if there is no auto-sensor. Check the eletrical contacts inside cavity and contact points on cartridge for oxidation.

press menu# 1934 then display tech mode
press left arrow key and enter twice
then its ok
to go normal display continue previous simulation.
