Do you think its safe to use clear wall tacks in a pre school class? Isn't Scotch Tape safer on walls not made for tacks?

I would never use tacks or any type of sharp object in a preschool classroom. There are so many other ways to mount things that make more sense. For instance, many white boards are magnetic and you can use large magnets (avoid small ones which could be swallowed) and 3M makes dozens of mounting products that are clear, don't ruin wall surfaces, and are non toxic should a child decide they want to put one in their mouth. As a general rule if you can take an object, poke yourself with it, and bleed, it shouldn't be in a preschool classroom.

By the way, Scotch tape is not a good choice for sticking things to walls. In many cases, it's not strong enough to adhere to the wall, and if it's a painted wall, it will take the paint off the wall.

I have a whirlpool tub, with a side panel that allows access to the mechanics, and the panel is just held on with cheap velcro. We put commercial grade velcro on, as the panel kept falling off, but it too...

If Velcro is not working for you try some magnetic strips. Purchase some magnetic strips attach to both the cover and the tub. Be sure the polarity of the magnetic strips is correct so they attract each other. You could glue the strips to the cover attach the tub strips to the cover strips then apply glue to the tub strips and apply the cover to the tub allow the glue to dry and that would insure correct polarity and positioning of the strips. Hope this helps.

Where can replacement parts be brought for the Crayola Magnetic Double Easel

n order to make the art trays stay on the easel (several people have complained that they easily fall off), you have to reach behind (inside) the easel and snap them on. You don't just sit them on; they snap in place. Do this and they won't keep falling off. : ) if thats the problem....there are no replacement parts...

How to fold Roseart Smart Easel ??????

Lift right side of top bar of easel. remove horizontal support bar at back and bottom of easel legs. Push fabric down slightly on back curved legs of easel. Find tiny silver button on the inside of each back leg and push each as you wiggle and pull leg apart. look for hinged bar in middle back of easel and push up. Easel should easily fold on itself so you can put it into the bag.

I am trying to use the vhb 4941 to adhere a magnet to the dashboard of my car. I have used isopropal alcohol and denatured alcohol to clean the dash but I still cannot get the tape to stick. Any...

Try using contact cement. Apply to both surfaces and ALLOW TO DRY. Next time the pieces touch, they will stick, so place VERY carefully...Another material is weather strip adhesive. works the same. Consider masking tape to keep mess to a minimum.

and you can use water base contact, it works as well or better than the old tar like stuff.
