PRINTER IS JAMMED SHOWING ERROR

I had a similar problem, my printer was chewing the paper and then I was getting a jammed paper message. I looked inside but couldn't see much anything. I then removed (unscrewed) all the panels, and next I know, a culprit materialized, in other words, something fell inside the printer. I then managed to put it all back together, ended up with a few extra screws, but heck it works like a clockwork. God bless screwdrivers with magnetic tips, they made my life so easier.

I have a paper jam many pieces went through the printer and won't budge. I don't see a way to get to where the paper is stuck

Unplug the printer from the power source to turn it off. Open the printer cover to access the cartridge area. If you see the paper jam, slowly and carefully pull the paper out of the printer. Avoid tearing the paper or avoid leaving torn pieces in the printer. This will cause future paper jams in the printer.
When all is clear, re-plug the printer into the power source. Load some paper and try to print again.

Tips: Use only paper that is in good condition. Fan the paper before loading into the feeder to prevent sticking together. Use the specified media type and sizes for your model. Don't overload the feeder.

1) paper won't feed through. 2) Constantly saying paper jam

If it is a laserprinter, your paper can be too dry or humid. Try a new pack of paper. Or turn the paper that is in your tray upside-down.

Paper jammed and can't print... have to switch on and off again and again...

Ok try this press the feed paper button so it will automatically take out paper that was jammed..But if this won't work, try this but turn off first your printer and PC..Lift the upper cover of your printer and look if there's a paper stuck in there...If there's a paper that's stuck remove the paper manually by pulling it little by little and prevent the paper to be torn so that no trace of paper will be left in the printer...after removing the paper..turn on again your pc and printer..Hope it will work

Hi my canon mx 310 is jamming all the papers sent through it goes in ok and once it hits the wheel that turns the paper it is pushing it to the right and ripping the paper

check for paper residue at the right roller...then...

.The rubber treads in the rollers wears down, making them smooth, so they won't pick up the paper. Sometimes, they are aged, which also gives them a smoother rounded texture, causing jams. The quick fix is to liven up that roller with a mixture of alcohol and soap. Damp a rag with the solution and wipe the rollers clean with it. That's make them more pliable and the paper jams will cease.
