Question about Denon AVR-2802
My have Denon AVR2802 in which the sound is mute

This is where Denon suffers.... I am also not very impressed with Denon's service. Good products..bad after-sales.
If its AVR 2802, you must have bought it some time after 2002...
Are they not legally bound to stock parts for a certain number of years...
You must speak to their seniors in Sales department and if possible, please check locally, take them to the consumer court.
Ask them for the part name and the part numbers, you might be able to source it from somewhere else.
