You need to go onto the user interface of the machine and add your network settings. this is done by entering the IP address into your search bar and then going to have to enter the details into the relevant boxes

Sounds like your cleaning blade & drum. First try to clean the glass(small ruler size & large one) and if that doesn't work you will need to replace the drum & blade.

put ip address of the copier in to internet explorer top bar not search bar the password is 123456789 i think
if i remember correctly there is a help function /tutorial it will walk you through step by step all u have to do is fill in the blanks

Konica Minolta bizhub 750 scan file type default settings PDF

Once you have selected PDF on the screen touch you Ulitly/Counter button, then select User settings, display settings, Scan Basic default.

can go to konicaminolta us web site and down load a operators manual for scan, copy, fax etc.

Does not scan

Most likely you have a problem with you network. The copier it self does not have a code like that. Has your IT person changed any thing on you network? If so have them put it back the way it was.. Good Luck...
