If it's off balance or spins faster that's going to cause the laptop to "vibrate more", especially if the fan is working over-time to cool down the laptop.

The cooling fan in my HP SYSTEM HAS BEEN MAKING NOISE FOR SOME DAYS NOW. WHENEVER I SWITCH ON MY LAPTOP, IT WILL BE VIBRATING. PLEASE, HOW DO I STOP THE NOISE?

This problem can be solve by replacing the fan if you are familiar with your laptop you can replace it but if not I suggest you should bring it to a technician, because laptop is very sensitive and very difficult to remove the housing and it can save you from stress good day and best regards.

I just got my Qosimo laptop and a window saying "Vibration has been detected in the PC. The hard disk drive head is temporarily moved to a safe position" What is that and why does it keep popping...

The cooling fan is worn out and it vibrates. That vibration is lethal to the hard disk so its protection system has temporarily put it in a safe state. The only way to fix that is to replace the fan and this is a job for a repair shop.

2002 accord cooling fan

I would suggest to check the water thermostat located at the radiator itself, for your car it should be at the bottom like most other japanese cars. Try to replce it with a new one. And then check the fan relay at the fuse box in the engine compartment. If you can replace it much better. After these preliminary steps haved been taken and if it doesnt work I'll tell you the next step. You would also want to replace your water thermostat located at the inlet part of the engine where the radiator hose connects. Normally this would be the radiator hose on the top portion of the engine.
