Please use the free chat feature that palm offers. I am not sure of any other way to charge your palm. Here is the link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see Palm Chat. Click on the Chat Now link and follow the instructions. Best wishes.
It is a pain but, what you need to do is to remove the mother board from the back piece . The Camera Lens Piece is about 6 screws after which you have access to the mother board there is a small screw in the center of the phone if the you was looking it at from the back for a picture you would see it where the battery was located when you carefully remove it you or slide it to the side you will now see the access holes for the other two screws of the digitizer make sure it is slide open as in the keyboard is visible and you should be able to see them
It sounds more likely that your LCD is faulty. Copy and paste this link into your browser for the cheapest one I found on ebay.ca or search ebay for your self for T3 LCD. This kit also says it comes with an installation kit which should be a really small torx screwdriver either a #5 or 6. http://cgi.ebay.ca/OEM-LCD-SCREEN-Palm-Tungsten-T3-T5-TX-TT5-LQ038J7DH55_W0QQitemZ260264921904QQihZ016QQcategoryZ20336QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247
Could be a loose battery connection. Or perhaps a bad battery. If you think you are up to it you can check your battery connection yourself. The E had a soldered connection -- difficult to replace. The E2 had a socketed connection -- easy to replace. I do not know about the T3. There are "take-apart" videos on pdaparts.com. You may be able to find a replacement battery on eBay.
