No,it doesn't. But there are many other ways to connect a camera to your ACER,it just wouldn't be built in obviously. I have the same computer,which means i have the same problem and unfortunately no WE Aspire 5532 users don't have a built in webcam.

it depends on your model. i have the same laptop, and I read the box and it clearly states no webcam, A lot of comments on other sites to this question your asking, are saying different. The little black circle in the middle top of you LCD screen is supposed to be the webcam if your model comes with it, but if it doesnt u would have to buy a seperate cam. I am researching the last statement as far as buying a seperate web cam. It seems as though i am having the same problem as yourself. make sure first there is webcame driver is installed in system.
You can choose the option of Scanners and Cameras wizard in control panel. there you will see the camera just click it will on then you will be able to shoot the picture and video.
