Though they may have fewer calories than regular potato chips, they really aren't expecially healthy. I would try raw vegetables instead like carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber.

I have certain food allergies no carbs no sugar no msg or preservatives grainfed meat organic eggs


So eat grain fed meats of all 4 types, fresh fish, fruits and vegetables. It is an expensive diet for the protein, but is a healthy diet if you have lots of fresh vegetables. Eat nothing processed.
