Well!I If you buy a new sewing machine it has a manual to guide you in any brand. But if buy a used one sometime it doesn't have a manual, you didn't mention the type of sewing machine you want to use any how if you have a mechanical sewing machine it's better to start on it.First you must know and must familiarize the significant part of machine and important usage of them,I'll just mention the most usage part at start.Putting thread in bobbins first there is bobbins winder where thread was wind, draw thread from spool through bobbins winder tension disc located at top of machine.wind thread around an empty bobbins serveral times then, place bobins onto bobbins winder shaft with thread wound on bobbins clockwise sometimes this is located at top right side a shaft coupled to circular rubber touching handwheel perpendicular sometime it was located at right side front of machine near handwheel.Release clutch by pulling handwheelor rotating pivot wheel counterclockwise at the center of handwheel whlle holding freeze the handwheel tigh in order to disingage the motion of handwheel from mechanism of machine.

Push slightly bobiins winder that connected to shaft to attached in handwheel surface, start machine notice that the needle should not move, and the bobbins winder rotate same with the handwheel holding onto end of thread, when bobbins is slightly filled, release and of thread. When bobbins winder is full it will automatically disingage to handwheel surface winding machine.Remove bobbins winder filled of thead and put back or insert inside to bobbins casing the thread end should coming out to the bobbins casing thrugh the slot, pulling out the end of the thread notice that bobbins winder rotate freely inside bobbins casing on clockwise rotation.Insert bobbins casing through shuttle assembly located at front left of machine where needle was there.SEE image if this qualified to attachment its 1.6 mb jpeg.hook up thread on top of machine to set thread in sequence aligntment,Observe the upper tension fromdial tension. As you can see different fabrics and layer thickness of fabric should have different set up of tension. You can experienced accumulation of loof thread under bobbins and shuttle casing due to mis setting up or unsatisfactory tension set up.try to familiarize in setting up tension,cotton/polyester is nice to start sewing other than silk fabric.Set Dial tension @ #3 and stich dial to #8 if loop thread accumulate under bobbins sudden adjust should done Besur to try this machine is not running with plug in or with electrical source mean no power, just use manual rotating in setting up tension. If you feel that the needle is freely sewing and the lower thread is catching upper thead w/out obstruction and accumulation suddenly applly a pedal control pressure, controling the pressure of pedal control the motor run slowly so that if problem occured you can avoid needle breakage. If yo are familiar now in settingup tension run machine w/c convenient to you.

You probably lowered the feed dogs; the 'button' is oblong shaped, and to the right of the bobbin case. I have had several Pfaff machines, and still sew with one, so email me if you still have a question. Sheila sheeleigh@yahoo.com

I have two problems the first is that as i sew sometimes the fabric on the back side gets stuck and there are many pieces of thread coming up from the bobbin and get stuck the second question is everytime...

Check the bobbin tension and that the thread is tight around the bobbin. Make sure that the bobbin is in the right way around - the bobbin thread should double back on itself coming out of the bobbin holder.

How do i fill bobbin, thread machine and bobbin?

Did you know all sewing machines are threaded in the same way. The parts just look a little different. If you can thread one machine you can thread them all. Dont you have an instruction book? If not get any instruction book for a simular looking machine. There are many you can dowload for free as a pdf file.

My sewing machine wont sew. the bobbing wont move. i dont know what to do

Make sure the bobbin is NOT overfilled. Make sure the thread leaves the bobbin in the appropriate groove and the CORRECT direction. Leave the right amount of thread out of the bobbin to start and follow the manual's suggestions

Hold the needla thread for a cycle and bring the bobbin thread up before sewing.
