Question about Baby Gear
Never attach an aftermarket item to a car seat. It usually violates the manufacturers' instructions and since the item has not been tested with the seat, your child becomes the "test pilot" for that configuration.
If you want reduce side to side movement of the head, place a cloth diaper or small towel rolled and "horse-shoed" over the top of the head. The difference is the that the diaper does not go behind the baby's head. A "universal head support" usually has a backing that goes behind the head or neck... not permitted.
