SOURCE: I can't graph on my ti-84 plus silv. edition

More than likely, you've put in a number in the xmin or xmax that is not correct. put in an xmin of 10 and an xmax of -10 which would be backwards. This could also happen in the ymin or y max.

The easiest way to fix this is to press zoom 6 which wil get you back to the default graph of xmin of -10, xmax of 10 and ymin of -10 and y max of 10.

If you can't see your graph on this screen and need to change the window, just be sure the number in the min for both x & y is smaller than the number in the max. You change your window size by pressing the window button.

SOURCE: TI 84 won't graph more than one function

If you have used or just run the Transfrm Application, you will no longer be able to draw more than one graph.
To restore the native OS graphing capabilities Uninstall the Transfrm Application. Here is how to do it.

  1. Press the [APPS] key.
  2. Scroll Up to reach the bottom of the list faster.
  3. Point to Transfrm and press [ENTER].
  4. Select [1:Uninstall]
Note: Do not worry about Uninstall, it will merely kick the application from memory. Transfrm will still remain in calculator.

SOURCE: on my ti 84 plus

You're probably trying to graph a function that does not involve stat plot features. You can correct this by turning off the stat plot features. Press "2ND" "STAT PLOT" and then select 4:PlotsOff.

My TI-84 will graph but it will not show me the table of values. It just shows up blank.

Enter the function using the Y= editor. Pressing [ 2nd ][Graph] (table) will display the table. You can then press [GRAPH] to see the grapg. If you want both graph and table side by side use the split screen feature.
To do so press [Mode]. Scroll down to the last line Full Horiz G-T. Highlight the option G-T. Press the Graph key.

My TI-84 Plus won't let me graph trigonometric functions.

Is it somehow preventing you from graphing, or are you simply not getting the graph you expect?

Most likely you have the angular mode set wrong. You probably want it set to radians. Press MODE, move to the third line, highlight RADIAN, press ENTER, then 2ND [QUIT].

If it's not the angular mode, please reply to this post and give an example or two.

How to use graphing caculator, TI 84?

Turn StatPlotsOff to avoid errors:
Press [2nd][STATPLOT][4:PlotsOff][ENTER].
  1. Verify that in [MODE] Func is highlighted.
  2. If it is not, use arrow to highlight Func and press [ENTER[ to validate.
  3. Press [Y=] and type in the functions.
  4. Press [ENTER] at the end of each function.
  5. Before pressing [GRAPH], make sure that all the = signs that define the functions to be graphed are highlighted white on black. If one is not highlighted, use arrow to move cursor on the sign and press [ENTER].

  7. Press [GRAPH] to see the graphs.
  8. If one of them is missing, verify that its = is still highlighted, then use the [WINDOW] to set the Window dimensions, or the [ZOOM] to adjust.
