Perhaps, your Internet speed is too slow -- your computer "plays" the video FASTER than it can download it.
Or, your computer is too slow to be able to go into "full-screen" mode and keep updating the whole screen.

Sound on certain apps keeps going out


do not disable the av software which comes with devce as default...first check in setting>sound n volume wether it is enble if yes check the basic player software is enabled and updated...it may help you i hope....if not make your backup of contacts and data n file and reset your device to factory setting

Sometimes Flash player interferes with the sound volume. (ascending and descending back and forth)

it seems that there is a problem in your sound section. it seems that there is no proper supply to sound section or some capacitor might be faulty.
