Your phone must have been infected with virus. The best way to deal with this kind of problem is formatting both the phone and the memory card but it will erase all saved files and data. In this way the virus is also deleted. To avoid losing contacts saved on your phone, open CONTACTS then press OPTIONS. Scroll to MARK/UNMARK then select MARK ALL. Press OPTIONS again then scroll to COPY TO SIM DIRECTORY. The contacts will be copied to your SIM card.
Format your memory card:
Press MENU>TOOLS>MEMORY. Press OPTIONS then select FORMAT MEMORY CARD. Remove the memory card after formatting is completed.
Format your phone:
Dial *#7370# then press yes when prompted. Enter your phone lock code. Default lock code is 12345. The phone will restart. Enter your preferences after the phone has restarted. This is an indication that the phone has been formatted.
If the phone cannot be formatted in this manner due to an unknown lock code, turn off the phone. Press and hold GREEN, *, and 3 buttons while turning on the phone. Press and hold until the hands appear on the screen. Enter your preferences.
Insert the memory card after the phone is formatted and format the memory card again.

if your phone memory is full means that message will displays...so avoid to store anything in your phone memory....just store all your pack in memory card...if you don't have any memory card means just give a backup in computer by using the PC suit....
