Your TAG is fitted with EOL (end of life) feature. This is the cause of that 4-5 seconds interval movement of seconds hand and thus indicating the time for battery replacement. The timekeeping is not affected by this- it is just warning to replace battery a.s.a.p.
Find your nearest watchmaker and ask for battery replacement.

How to reset the chrono function of a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Calibre S CAF7113.FT8010 after a battery change

Pull the crown out to the first position, and then you may find that successive pushes of the upper pushbutton will move one of the chrono hands by one division, and the lower pushbutton will move a different chrono hand. Similarly if you pull the crown out to the second position, the pushbuttons will control the other chrono hands. In this way you can set each of the chrono hands to their zero positions. Hope this works..

I dropped my aquaracer watch on the ground from 2 feet high. hour and minute hands not moving but the second hands working fine. please help!

You need to go to a watchmaker. Sorry, I am good but not good enough to diagnose the damage without seeing the watch. In any case you can't fix yourself unless you are a watchmaker.

I have a CAN1010 TAG AQUARACER CHRONOGRAPH and whe reset it the second arm doesn't reset to 0 but instead stops 2 seconds before..

This works! Loosen the bezel all the way. Pressing the bottom button, press one time the topmbottom and see how the chrononhand corrects by one second towards zero. Do it again and have it reset. Tighten the bezel. Thats it

The small seconds hand do not stop because it has nothing to do with chronometer. It is ordinary seconds counter and will move independent of chronometer.Click on my profile (escapement), then click on Tips and Tricks. There you will find link to Tag Heuer watch manuals. Second hand not sweeping but jumps at 5 secs intervals. Appears to be keeping accurate time.

When the second hand moves in short jumps rather than a smooth sweep or a second-by-second hop, it means that the battery is about to run out. Usually, with a week or two the watch will stop working altogether. You should go and have it changed as soon as possible.

Watch second hand

I had the same problem with my Tag. Same 4 second jump. It's definitely the battery. I'm surprised at only 3 months, but maybe it sat a while in the display case. Mine was over a year and a half.

My Aquaracer second hand problem

This is most likely the "battery change indicated" feature of your watch.  Change the battery, and see if the problem goes away.  If it does not, then it could be a problem with the stepper motor, which will require a watchmaker.  Of course all of this is dependent on the assumption that your watch has a quartz movement.  If it is an automatic, or mechanical you have bigger problems.
