Increase graphics from 96 to 128

If you have insralled the correct video driver and you cannot increase the VIDEO RAM then it is not possible to increase the bit color from 96 bit to 126 or 256 bit color.
The only way to have a higher bit color is to install a new graphics card that supports up to 256 bit color (this video card will have large cideo RAM).

Display drivers for intel inside celeron

You should give more info, there are so many reasons that this can happen, did you get the driver from the motherboard site or the graph hardware maker itself, did you make sure that the driver is for the OS,
there is xp,vista, is it the right one, then there is 32bit and 64bit, did you get the right one,is it the latest
driver, did you uninstall the old driver, this must be done.Did you install the chipset driver for the mobo
before installing the graph driver.Did you restart after each install.
If you did everything right, but there is a problem, post the motherboard model #, and the driver version
that you installed, go to devise mgr and look at the driver, the version is listed, does it show windows
as the driver or the one you installed.

Intel celeron cpu 2.40 ghz,the sreen resolution is too low,the color quality endup on [4 bit].so i dont get a clear screen.

Have installed latest driver for your motherboard and it got nothing to do with the processor. The screen resolution is generated by Graphics or video chips of MB. Check the device any yellow questions for driver if any try install all the drivers first. If problem persist give all details of system.
