Hi.everytime i try to record a video on a friends wall i get a little pop up in the middle of the screen where the video should be showing. The pop up says adobe flash player settings... i cant record..do you know what this means? do i have to download something on my computer to make it work?

You did not mention if the things that you wanted to delete are the things that you posted (or the things that your friends posted) Well, if it is yours that you wanted to delete here's how: Sign in to Facebook, On the upper right part of the facebook page, click profile.Click the WALL tab, there you will see the history of your activity in facebook.
