Question about Creative Labs Creative Technology Zen MP3 Player
This happened to me too! I found a very helpful thread online http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38949 If the advice I'm about to give doesn't work, visit that link. I am running Windows Vista. I went to Control Panel>System and Maintainence>Device Manager>View hardware and devices>Portable Devices. When I did this I saw Creative Zen Mosaic listen with an !. I right clicked, uninstalled, and unplugged my Mosaic. I then plugged it back in and my computer automatically started in re-install. You may have to do it manually by clicking on a baloon that pops up when new device is inserted or something of that nature but this is what worked for me.
