Power light flashing

This means it is blown. Whenever the power light flashes on any amp it is blown or something else is wrong with it. Most likely its blown. You can blow am amp by hooking it up to a powerful sub and blaring it, or just overheating it. Hope this helps. This can usually be fixed as well

The blue light on my gm-6400f amp mean

Judging by your English literary skills (ebonics?) I doubt that you would "unnerstan" any possible solution to whatever you may be "axing".
My advice is to go back to school, learn to construct an intelligible sentence, and then "ax" us again. Gud luk.

So my gm-5400t has a blue light flashing on and off constantly and my sub a dual voice coil pioneer 12inch cuts in and out with it. Any ideas would be appreciated its driving me crazy.

The most likely culprit is that your amp has a bad power connection. If the blue light (protection mode indicator) is blinking, it is probably because the ground is not connected properly. Make sure it is solidly connected to the vehicle chassis in a paint-free location. If it is, then check the live power wire. It should have a solid connection to the car battery. If that is also well connected, then the amp is probably overheating. You will then need to make sure it is in a well ventilated area and ensure that it is not getting too hot during operation. It is possible that it has been damaged by overheating already.

Have hooked up al conections properly acording to diagams but amp will not pwer up. tested wire conections and i am getting juice to the amp but still no responce fuse are good amp is brand new out the box...

If this is new out of box make sure you have 12volts to the amp turn on wire. You should have constant 12volt + to the battery terminal 12volt- to the ground and 12volt + from the head unit (radio) to the amp The turn on wire on most car stereos is a thin blue wire. run this wire to the amp's terminal and when you turn on the radio the amp should turn on.

I have a pioneer gm-d8400m the amp isnt working

flashing light could mean a few different things. 1- constant power may not be there. check with a test light or multimeter. should read around 12 volts. it would be a good idea to check all the power and ground leads. make sure u have a good ground. 2- bad sub. im assuming sub since its a monoblock amp. you can meter the subs. make sure the total ohm load is no less than 2 ohms. any lower the amp will go into protect mode. 3- bad amp. power supply may be bad. the newer pioneer amps are full of protection circuits. ive been a professional installer for a shop about 8 years and we sell pioneer. hope it helps.

power wire from batt fused to positive on amp .earth wire eg - to bare metal in car with bolt or screw. remote wire from amp to remote wire on back of head unit mostly blue wire it tells amp when to turn on then you need a set of rca cables to send sound from head unit to amp they go in subout if you wanna use sub or rear or front out for full sound best thing is to buy amp kit cheaper most the time and all you need there hope this helps
