Question about Garmin StreetPilot i3 GPS Receiver
Ok, you may have to reset this device by taking out all batteries if any and disconnecting it from any external power sources. let stand without any batteries or power cord for 5 min. after five minutes put batteries back in or plug it back into the external power source. if the device is still malfunctioning, you will have to clear all data. it may have a data overload and this will cause this blank screen with the dot. Follow this procedure if taking out the batteries and unplugging it for five minutes didn't help.
Press and hold all buttons in the following order: The arrow button that faces left, press that and hold while you press the wheel and power button. hold all three buttons till you see a prompt that will say, "Do you really want to erase all your user data?" select yes. at this point the device will start to work like. normal.
