Question about Cell Phones
Make sure it is NOT a MicroSDHC card, which is 'high capacity', this could cause the incompatibility. Also try formatting it in FAT32, or other file systems. You can do this in My Computer when you plugin the microsd card through a USB adaptor. When in My computer just right click the card and click format, and format to FAT32.
