Question about Pioneer DVR-213LS DVD±R Dual Layer Burner
I have a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-216R optical drive. The drive works great, but when I tried to download the Roxio Venue Suite that came with it, I get an Error Code: 0000.
I am running Windows XP x64 Edition, does that have something to do with it? Most of the time when something doesn't work, x64 is the culprit. Do I need a patch or a new driver?
Thanks for your help.
Yes, there is something to do with operating system because most likely it only works for 32Bit OS only.
