HP Deskjet F4280 model Paper would not go through, or just go through without printing, since a month ago when the paper was jammed and pulled out. The "E" light is always on now when starting to print. The resume orange light is always blinking. Please help. Thanks so much. Andy

well, i would guess that you are using the ink cartridges that came with it. The ink actually has an expiration date like food, and more thab likely the ink has dried up. If the printer is reading the ink levels, is may count them as being empty. Try getting new ink and see if that works, as that is most likely the cause of the fault.
When you removed the paper did you rip it? Maybe you still have a piece of paper inside printer. You can also try shutting down the printer and canceling the print job and retrying it again.
Do a complete reset. 1- Clear the printer queue. 2- Turn off the device. 3- Remove paper in the tray and possible paper jammed. 4- Remove ink toner. 5- Turn on the device briefly and turn it off. 6- Replace paper and toner. 7- Turn on!
