go ahead remove all the unwanted software for registry cleaner, booster and dont keep more than one antivirus on the pc .. just keep one antivirus that would be all... after that run a scan using either Malwarebytes or Super Antispyware and download it from www.filehippo.com .... it will work and also check if you have IE 8 if you do then uninstall it ....
THAT SOUNDS LIKE SPYWARE. You probably clicked on a link by mistake and authorized a scan of your pc. download a frfee version of AVG which is safe and powerful. Don't get in a trap with these scare tatics. Many exe files actually show as a virus when they are not.
Be careful there are many programs that call themselves antivirus which as example I came accross one while fixing a friend's pc, it was callled anti virus 2009 and it was a complete mess, it was in fact a virus and was asking the user to make unnecessary payment etc..The best free anti virus is AVG as far as I know...
Close all applications, and then restart your computer.
After your computer has restarted, disable any antivirus or any antispyware applications that may load during the startup process. You can usually disable the application from the notification area. This area is located in the lower-right corner of the computer screen. To disable an application from the notification area, follow these steps:
Right-click the icon of the third-party program.
Click Close, Disable, Exit, or a similar term from the list of options. If these options are not available, you may have to open the application and then close or disable it in the application.
As soon as you close the antivirus or the antispyware application, try to install the full download package for the service pack that you previously downloaded from the following Microsoft Download Center Web site:
After you have completed the service pack installation, enable the antivirus or the antispyware application that you disabled in the previous steps.
If you have (L)lsass.exe, that is a windows executable file, if you have Isass orisass.exe, then you have a trojan, run your antispyware and antivirus programme using safe mode (press F8 on boot up) to enter safe mode.
Also you must turn off system restore before you run the virus removal, then turn it back on again.
