The DXZ375 has two sets of RCA outputs (1 red plug, 1 white plug) located on the back of the unit. The set with the white main wire is for a front amplifier, and the one with the black main wire is the rear. You want the black one.
I'm assuming you also have an amplifier for your subs and the necessary wiring. You will need to run a 12v+ from the battery to the amplifier, splice a power-on signal wire from the ACC Power wire on the stereo's wiring harness (red wire) as well as connect the amp to the stereo via the RCA outputs.

Hi, your head unit has 6 RCA preamp outputs and 2 RCA sub-woofer preamp outputs. These outputs connect to amplifiers if you care to use them. You can read all the specs and download the users manual at the following URL: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-lAJZzNi4tYJ/p_020DXZ855/Clarion-ProAudio-DXZ855MP.html#details-tab
1 FRONT RIGHT Gray (Red)
2 FRONT LEFT Gray (White)
3 REAR RIGHT Black (Red)
4 REAR LEFT Black (White)
5 SUB WOOFER/NON FADER RIGHT Violet (Red)
6 SUB WOOFER/NON FADER LEFT Violet (White)
7 AUX INPUT RIGHT Red (Red)
8 AUX INPUT LEFT Red (White)
Any Problems the manual is to found on this link, Regards
The gain dial is not a volume control. The gain dial is used to compensate the output level of your car radio head unit. all car stereo units output are not alike. If you set this gain level too high, it will cause major distortion (clipping) to the audio output of you speakers when cranked up. This excessive distortion WILL eventually, or even quickly damage or blow your speakers.
I personally blown speakers this way no not properly setting this. (lesson learned, I guess :| )
go to the clarion site(www.clarion.com) and put in the dxz375mp number in the search section and it will take you to that cd player and you can download the instruction manual and the installation manual on the upper right hand corner.
If you go to your local stereo shop (or even Wal-Mart..) you can get the harness that plugs directly into your cars wiring for about $5-10. It will have the EXACT same wire colors as the harness that came with the Clarion. Just match them up, plug it in and you're good to go!
