Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
This issue usually is caused by Battery terminal or Bad USB port which requires opening the phone for repair. However you blackberies need to be flashed with the latest software first just to make sure that its not a software failure.
You can do the software flash using the blackberry desktop. You need to download the appropriate software according to your phone and install it to your computer first. Then using the app loader on the blackberry desktop, it will direct you to install the new software. Please let me know if you need more assistance
