The main blower motor on my everstar MPM2-10CR-BB6 room ac unit sounds like the bearings are going. This unit is used as extra cooling in a computer room so the fan runs almost constantly. The solution is a better commercial unit but I need to know where to get a fan motor in the interum.
Try this web site they are located in the city I live in and ship anywhere in the world. Be sure to get the size of fan motor 1/3 hp ect. You can get all the info off the data plate on the side of the motor. And also get a new capacitor they are only 5 bucks. The motor will run you 125. Ball parkish

A rhythmic squeak sounds like either a fan motor bearing going bad or just vibration from the unit running thats wiggling something loose inside the unit.
Sounds like then fan has died or the run capacitor has die. All motors that run on single phase mains need a capacitor to start them spinning. These are quite cheap & simple to replace usually - worth just replacing if you feel you can't test it. Looks a bit like a 'D' cell battery with 2 leads hanging out.
Could also be that the unit is not cooling/heating and the temp sensor will not activate fan until heating/cooling coolant has passed room temp. - Rick
check temperature setting and the mode on cool if ok check the compressor is working with condenser fan if are working the unit has a loss of refrigerant . if the compressor is not working and voltage is correct may be the capacitor need replacement
Needed the manual to clarify a P1 error message. Figured how to fix the error P1 on my own. there are two drains on the unit, one is always open as an overflow drip, the other at bottom of unit has a plug. I opened the plug at the bottom of the unit, drained the water, and the P1 error code cleared.
