Question about Cadet Manufacturing CADET SL Series Small Room Heater Wall Heater Heater Assembly and Grill Only 120 Volts 1000 Watts (...

Open Question

Won't go forward or backwards

I was mowing with my Cub Cadet Series 1000, Model LT1045 when it just stopped. The motor will run but when you press the pedal to go forward it just sits nor will it go backwards. I raised it up both back tires will move but one goes in one direction the other in the opposite direction. The wheel release that is located on the rear of the lawn mower when it is pulled out it still will not let the mower roll. What could the problem be?

Cadet heat was running and we flipped the switch at the panel box. The heater stopped and we can not reset by using the reset button. Any ideas.

As the fan abruptly terminated, not removing the heat after the burners went off the residual heat surpassed your fusible links rating, not resettable you must replace them. if one opens, possible additional limit in series with your reset, trace the wires to see

Cub cadet lt1040. won't start. new battery. making a cliking sound when you try to start it.

I had the same problem the starter was the problem, found the stater will engage by itself not sure why but think it could be the wireing, or a swich. also check the solenoide it could be bad if the starter is bad.
