Question about Microsoft Viva Pinata Party Animals for Xbox 360
On our 360 we have 4 users, all with GOLD xbox live memberships. Three of us can send and receive "crates" to each other on Viva Pinata Party Animals. Our 4th user cannot seem to send or receive any packages/mail aka "crates" to anyone but herself.
Unfortunately, sending/receiving crates was our primary and basically only reason for the year membership to gold 12 month membership for this 4th user.
What can I do to make this work?

Have you tried deleting the profile of that specific gamertag? try it first then try recovering it.. if the issue is still there, try recovering the gamertag on a different console, if it works there, then recover the gamertag on your own console again then the issue should be okay.. hope this helps! :)
