Question about Computers & Internet
My grandchildren were given a computer by Big Brothers/Big Sisters but we only have dial up and it seems stuck on broadband what can I do? When ''People'' tried to set me up with dial up and it came to the connections page, it refused to allow me to check off the box with dial up. Broadband is highlighted. Please help, we can't afford to go to a computer store to have it fixed. Evelyn
We realy dont need to know who gave the laptop because I dont see the point lol anyway heres how to solve it
go to control panel
go to internet options
go to connections
select "boardband" and then delete
now you should have just the dial up in the box

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
