Word application freezes while using 'find' in word 2007 getting error message 'word is trying to recover the doucument'

I have upgraded my office 97 to 2003 and 2003 to now 2007 i have installed SP1 for Office 2007 and i have syric language pack installed on my computer i have 300 pages document i am trying to use 'find' in that document whenever i am using find window to search the word in document word freezes and etting error message which says 'word is trying to recover document' next window is 'close the program you may loose your data after closing program' this is first message on that window second message in 'Wait for response' its really very frustrating i dont want to loose my 300 pages document its creating recovery files for that document I start Vista and open Word and try to get the find and replace box up. I have spells when this works and everything goes well from then on. But I run into patches where it hangs halfway up the page as a blank box, escape doesnt work, the whole computer freezes and I have to do a hard restart.
I am starting to think the bad patches occur after I have had the computer in sleep mode with an open document but I am not sure about this yet.
It all seems pretty random. Any ideas

Here is how to get around your problem.
-Run regedit.exe from the command line (regedit.exe)
-Go to and delete the following: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Data

Hopefully Microsoft fixes this problem soon.

It says office application version does not match every time I open my documents.

When opening a Microsoft Office program or file you may get a message that says “Office Application Version Does Not Match Error”. This is most likely caused by having the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager installed on your computer. Many computers that come with the Office trial program installed will have this on their computer from when it was new.

There are a couple of ways to get rid of this error. First you can install the update from Microsoft that gets rid of the error.

Or you can go into Add and Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista) and uninstall the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager if you don ’t use it. It won’t affect any of your Office programs. You may get a message during the uninstall process that it can’t remove it from your Outlook profile but just click Ok and finish the uninstall.

Bit of an odd one this error message. It is issued when you start Microsoft Word 2007 (or indeed Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007 or Publisher 2007) on a computer that has Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager installed. You can download a a patch that will stop this error message appearing here.

Hope this will solve your problem

Outlook 2007 upgrade freezes on startup

You say that you have upgraded to Outlook 2007 from Outlook 2003; were you using any personal folders (.pst) in Outlook 2003?

If the asnwer is yes; then were these personal folders created in Outlook 2003 or some earlier version of Outlook? In any case, if the older type personal folders are large in size, these can cause Outlook 2007 to stop responding or freezing.

Close Outlook 2007; right click on the Outlook icon showing in the startup programs bar and choose properties; choose 'Show Profiles'; choose copy profile and then choose this new profile in the 'Always use this profile' option.

Outlook 2007 should now work fine.

Problem opening Access Database-upgrade from Access 2003 to 2007

if the form "products" really exists, then your office 2007 security settings are not allowing to load macros. Try the following settings:-

Office 2007 has some security settings disabled by default to prevent any harm to your system.

go to trustcenter settings(click the office button at the top left of the office 2007 screen then click Access options, then select Trustcenter, then click trustcenter settings.)
In trustcenter settings, select message bar then select "Show the message bar in all applications when content is blocked" radio button.

Then from macro settings ,make sure to select "Disable all macros with notification" . Click ok twice to close the settings windows and try opening the file again.

Good Luck
