Once they are rechargeable batteries you can just check before you do it each time to make sure no one has put in normal batterys as it will have a bad result

When I charge my video camera do I need the rechargeable batteries inside as I'm changing it?

No, connect the camera to the charger, but put the batteries in your pocket....whaaat? Of course the batteries must be inside the camera while the camera is charging...what do you think the charger is charging up? The batteries of course. You COULD take the batteries out and charge them externally with another charger, but not having them in the camera with the charger attached is tantamount to plugging in the fridge and leaving the groceries on the counter and wondering why they don't get cold!

I am wondering if anyone could help me please, i have bought some 2600 mAh AAA batteries for my video camera. I was wondering what kind of battery charger i would need to get to recharge these batteri

Any charger that will charge AAA batteries should do the trick. I have several 2600 mAh batteries, and use chargers from RayOVac, Nuon, and others without any problem.

You dont need anything very advanced. 2600 is a nice high capacity for Ni-MH AA's and 1100 is really high capacity for AAA's. Here is a little panasonic charger that would do the job just fine.

Battery exhausted even after charging.

There are two possibilities. First, rechargeable batteries do not last forever. Take out your rechargeable batteries and replace them with non-rechargeable ones for test purposes. If your camera works ok, it may be that the camera's charger circuit has gone bad. Try charging your batteries on an external charger. If they charge, it is your camera's charger, if they do not hold a charge, it is probably time for new rechargeable batteries.

How can i charge rechargable batteries without usb cable for GE c1433 digital camera

The C1433 is a camera, not a battery charger. It uses standard AA batteries, either disposables or rechargeables. If you choose to use rechargeable batteries, you must charge them outside the camera using a separate battery charger.

My product is a vivatar 610 and i was wondering, can i charge it if i put in AA bateries.

The 610 uses AA batteries, but it does not charge them. If you want to use rechargeable batteries, you must use a separate charger for them.

Hi, I was wondering why I cannot use rechargeable batteries in my camera? Everytime I put them in, the battery icon flashes as if they were dead and I know they are fully charges.

Sometimes when the battery is no longer functional, a charger will say it is fully charged but the camera knows it has no life. I experienced this with my Canon Powershot Pro and had to get a new one.

Batteries can lose their ability to recharge if they have been dropped, recharged too often when they were not fully discharged, or just plain reached the end of their life, as happens with most things.

However, if you are using ordinary rechargeable batteries (not proprietory ones), and you have tested them on another appliance and know they are good, then the problem must be with the camera.

Charge

You need a separate battery charger for this camera. It does not have a battery charger built into the camera itself and can not be recharged thru any cords connected directly to the camera. The USB cords only transfer the files to the computer, they don't recharge the camera.

Printer will not charge camera batteries. camera screen said to go on line and look for m627-435

Did you go online and look up this troubleshooting tip from HP?  Did you make sure the batteries are rechargeable and in the correct orientation ( + and - )? Here is the results from looking up the error code M627-435 at the HP website:
Solution
  1. Ensure that the batteries are rechargeable. If the batteries are not rechargeable, replace them with rechargeable batteries.
  2. If the batteries are rechargeable, take them out and check for obvious physical damage. If the batteries are damaged, replace the batteries with rechargeable batteries in good physical condition.
  3. If the batteries are in good condition, charge the batteries using the external charger that shipped with the camera before using them in the camera for the first time.
  4. If you have tried each of the steps above and the status message still displays when you try to charge the batteries, replace the batteries.
Cause The Batteries cannot be charged status message is usually caused by one of the following:
  • When first connected to an optional HP AC power adapter or placed on an optional dock, the camera performs a test to determine if the batteries are rechargeable. If the test determines that the batteries are non-rechargeable, an status message displays in the LCD.
  • If the battery charge falls below 1.1 volts, the camera cannot detect that the batteries are rechargeable. The camera does not charge batteries below a 1.1-volt threshold to prevent charging non-rechargeable batteries. Rechargeable batteries discharged below 1.1 volts can be charged in an external charger.
Apparently, your batteries are either seriously discharged where you need to use an external AC charger to recharge the batteries or their damagaed and need replacing. Hope this helps.
