Question about HP Photosmart 3210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I changed the black ink on my HP Photosmart 3210 printer and intalled it, it still seems to think that the black is either empty or not intalled.
Any help please on what i should try and do.
These cartridges are really only ik resovoirs for the printer. It does have an ink flow sensor, though. If the printer does not recognize the ink level, it is possible that you got a cart with a bad chip. I refill these alot, and all you can really do is check the chip on the cart and make sure nothing is on the contacts...otherwise replace. A good step would be to put the old cart in and see what happens...
