Question about Panasonic KX-TG4500 Phone
I have a 2 year old Panasonic KX-TG4500 phone. The base suddenly went dead. Replaced the backup battery & the phone starting working immediately, & seemed to charge the battery ok. Two days later, & the phone is dead again. Tested the power cord voltage...it's providing approx. 9.65 volts. Tested the terminal where the backup battery plugs in... only approx. 2.5 V there. Any fix?
