Question about Sony Computers & Internet
I have an 8 year old Sony Vaio desktop operating Windows XP. I usually leave it running but shut it down yesterday morning after running AdAware. Now when I turn it on it seems to be going through the start up process until it comes to a screen which says it had problems and asks me to select whether to start up in ''Safe Mode'' or to start normally. No matter what I select, it reboots itself and starts all over again. I can't get Windows to start. Any suggestions?
Mine has crashed. So has yours. It has crashed. You must try to boot it with a boot disc made for the operating system. As its 8 years old the manufacturer wont sell you a boot disk but you can buy a boot disk for the correct version ofwindows

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
