Ampliphone product i have problem of hard hearing iwant to get information about ampliphone i have 89% deafness

    Wow, that's pretty profound. In the U.S. we have Walker Clarity and Ameriphone models for the Moderate to Severe hard of hearing. I don't know if this helps, but here's a link to the manufacturer.

I don't know if this does exactly what you are looking for but I think it would be worth contacting the company. It is an ap called "Deaf - Hearing chat device H". Hope this helps.

You can activate by calling:

  • Activate by using the telephone You can call an Activation Center and activate your product by talking to a customer service representative over the telephone. Telephone activation might take longer than activation using the Internet. You should be at your computer when you call and have your software product key available. Telephone numbers vary by license and country/region. In step 2 of the Activation Wizard, use the number provided to call the Microsoft Activation Center.
    1. In the Activation Wizard, in step 1, select the country/region where you reside and will be using the product.
      When you select a country/region, one or more telephone numbers will appear.
    2. In the Activation Wizard, in step 2, the Activation Center customer service representative will ask you to provide your Installation ID and other relevant information.
    3. After your Installation ID is verified, as part of step 3, you will receive a Confirmation ID to enter in the spaces provided at the bottom of the screen.

The person I am speaking with does not hear me (He is deaf).
The microphone function does not appear to be working. I have adjusted the volume and that's not the problem (You must speak as well).
I have plugged both jacks (microphone and speaker) into my PC hard drive and am using my PC to talk on Skype (You cant plug even a single jack in the hard drive).
Problem solved!

You should let the phone ring 10 or more times to allow the Deaf or HH person enough time to see the flashing light and respond to it.
