Question about Kenmore 46462 Front Load Washer

Water leaks out front door

I emptied the trap and it worked for one or two washes but now trap in empty and it still overflows. Where is pump located and how does that get cleaned out?

Duh, it's not the front seal since as stated, it worked without leaking for loads in between. I think it's something with the pump and was asking for assistance for removing or opening pump, I think something may be caught in impellor, causing water not to empty completely and therefore accumulate and then overflow.

Washer machine shows "ND" and doesnt got in to spin cycles or drain water out

The most likely cause for your issue is excess debris in the pump strainer, or a bad impeller on the pump. If you have a front small trap door on the front left or right, follow the instructions in your manual for cleaning out the trap. If the trap is empty, or does not exist on the exterior, you may need an experienced repair man to open the machine up to get to the pump strainer and check the drain pump. Pleazer Appliance...

Asko 6762 does not complete filling with water. It also wont complete spin cycles. The drain pump sometimes runs continually after the tub is empty. Have cleared the coin trap and the hose between the tub...

Sound like it could be some "dirt" in the "air-trap-tube", so the machine dont get the signals that says it's empty. This also can also make problems for filling. This "air-trap" is the plastic tube, mounted upwards on the bellow hose, between drum and pump.

Could also be a pressure switch, or pressure sensor problem, but this is not very common:)

Will not empty of water

If it's a front load washer the coin trap may be clogged up with a sock I have found dollar bills, baby socks, bra wires, you name it in them.It could also be a door switch. If it does not drain or spin then I would check the door switch.Coin trap is usually the problem with a front load washer.
If a top load then either drain pump or clogged line I have found garments in the drain pump but it is rare.Check to make sure the pump is getting electricity if not a direct drive pump.

Pump is working but no water being ejected

This is almost certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on to the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum. While it's trying to get the water evacuated, you will probably see the machine doing a slow tumble for up to 8 minutes and you may also hear the empty pump running too.
You need to locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not familiar which with the model you mention) there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on panel on the bottom) Many models of this design also have a small hose to the right of the filter cap that you can pull out, remove a plug from and drain off any water in the filter before you remove the filter and get your floor wet, so take a look for this before you remove the filter and get soaked.

OR

You will need to access the debris trap from the back of the machine. If there is no filter at the front, pull the machine out and you will see a roughly oval panel at the bottom of the rear of the machine. Unscrew the 3 or 4 screws and unclip. Directly below the drum, you will now see a rubber "Cup" like bulge in the black pipe, with a plastic tube connected to a plastic pipe. The cup is held in place by a large jubilee clip. Unscrew the clip, pull off the rubber boot to expose the debris trap (A conical plastic cage with a ping pong ball in it) Take out the ball and the plastic trap, clean out the debris and replace the trap and the ball (Note that the cage may have a slot in it that locates in the rubber boot, make sure it lines up, or it won't reassemble correctly). Now push the boot back onto the fitting at the bottom of the drum where it came from and tighten up the jubilee clip, making sure that it is fitted correctly (it too may have a small slot out of it that fits around a protrusion on the bottom of the housing).

Indesit wixe127 washing machine will not empty or spin door will not open

This is simply a problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on to the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum. Your repeat of the rinse/spin cycle is giving it extra empty time and then the spin works OK.
You need to locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not sure which with the model you mention) there is either a round filter cap on the front of the machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on panel on the bottom) or, you will need to access the debris trap from the back of the machine.

When turn to spind ry it just dont do the work

Your empty pump filter is probably blocked. Not enough water getting evacuated when it empties so the spin cycle wont run. The filter is probably on the front of the machine at the bottom (probably behind a little door).

Locate, clean, reassemble, job probably done

Water doesn't drain

you could have a bad drain pump.
have you checked the hoses that come from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump for anything that might be stuck in there, also check the hose that comes off the drain pump to the wall and look for an obstruction.

Leak from lower door section and from powder door thing.

This could be a partially or completely seized/failed pump.
Before a machine goes in to a spin cycle, it runs the pump to empty all the water out. It used to be quite common that the machine does not check all the water has gone before spinning, it just runs the pump for a set time which if the pump is okay, is long enough to empty it.
If a spin is then started with quite a lot of water left in the drum, it gets thrown everywhere including back out of the powder/conditioner draw. Also the sheer strain of spinning a large amount of water can force water through an otherwise okay door seal.
Unless you are comfortable working on the machine yourself, call an engineer.

Bosch WFMC 3200 possible leak?

It is normal that there is water in the trap, which is your filter. You clean this not after every wash, it depends on your usage. I have my machine trap looked into once in 2 months; i use it once a week. Of course i clear all pockets of clothes before i put them in machine.
