How do i stop the clunking noise when rollers go u and down

Unfortunately, you will probably not be able to stop the noise as it's probably being caused by the track system that the rollers move on wearing out. The tracks are made of plastic, and over time they will wear out or break from use, especially if used daily, as in the case of the one of ours that broke from my wife using it daily for a number of years. I opened it up thinking that I might be able to fix it, but the track was destroyed and unrepairable. This is one of those items that are truly designed to be that way so that you will have to buy a new one once the one you have breaks. Sorry I didn't have better news. I have a perfectly good SBM300 here that's missing it's power supply, but those are also impossible to be found, even from Homemedics.

Call the company. They are very good for replacement parts, if you plan on DIY: Otherwise, they discount a replacement unit.

Power light flashes continuously. No response from the unit other than light on the "wheels" of the messager. Model QRM-400.

Good day!!!

that problem has 2 causes its either power supply board or main board/control.....

please check the power supply...

faulty(leaky/dried) electrolytic capacitor in the power supply section. In the first stage of symptoms warm up will make itself stable and the unit will power up after a few attempt of plugging and unplugging from the outlet but it will get worst, time will come that the unit will not power up at all.

Leaky capacitor has a physical indication of fault like bulged/dome at the top and can be easily identify like in the sample picture below.

Leaky capacitor with dome at the top.

Dried capacitor has no physical indication of fault, you must have a capacitor checker to determine its condition, if not available you should replace all electrolytic capacitor in the power supply section. It will not cost you much because it is one of the cheapest parts on that board.

Click this LINK for more information regarding electrolytic capacitor.

If the power supply is stable and no bulged capacitors...The problem is on the main board..

if the main board is defective,,that is not for D.I.Y because the sensitive parts inside and usually the parts are surface mount type..Please replaced it with the new board..

but before you replaced the board please try to check first the power supply as I first mentioned..
if you have multimeter its better..just check the Vcc 5vdc..if have voltage drop..

The rollers will not go up and down anymore; looked inside and everythink seems intact

Your set up is most probably: an electric motor turns a worm gear that turns a large spur gear that turns a smaller spur gear that rides on a rack gear. The smaller spur gear (pinion) that rides the rack (yes, as in rack-n-pinion), allowing the up-and-down travel of the massage balls, has broken teeth which may not be visible because it's hidden under the larger spur gear. They are all plastic gears with lots of white grease.
