Easiest is www.mcmelectronics.com they have a wide range of replacement belts. You will need to measure the old belts. Which can be a pain (taking them off measure then try and remember how they go back on a week later when you get the new ones) So take some Pics with a camera before you start.

Do you know of a dealer who sales a belt for a Onkyo TA-RW490, and why is this belt so hard to find? thanks....

New belts can be found if you know the size otherwise the only place that sells the belt kit by model is Marrs in Texas and they are not cheap. I am sure the belts can be measured or found in he PRB cross and then they can be ordered at Consolidated Electronics.
I do it all the time.

Repair a flickering play button

It can be a bad capstan belt, bad motor or a power supply issue. I would have to see the unit to tell you what. I replaced motors in Onkyo TA2700 units not too long ago. The little DC motors in them do not last forever. But the units can be repaired in the right hands.

When I place a tape in my Onkyo Integra TA2047 before I press any buttons it makes a humming noise. The reverse and FF work fine but when I push the Play button it starts rolling then slowly stops. I...

It can be a number of things. There are some models that are suppose to run the capstan when a tape is in and some unit that only run when the play is pushed. The proper operation and speed as well as cleaning can all be done by a Tape Deck Technician.

I cannot open the right tape deck door.

The mechanical section in the drive need overhaul - belts, idlers, and all rubber parts are either slipping or broken. Take it apart and check the belts.

My cassette deck Onkyo model Ta 2060 is working slowly

HELLO

By the fault you describe this sounds very much like a belt problem. Take the case off the deck and check the belt(s). Some decks can use more than one belt and you need to look at their condition.

Are they too slack around pulleys maybe? Belts don't last forever and I'm not too sure of the age of your deck. But personally, I would change them all.

Make sure the tape path is clean as well, clean heads, pinch roller and capstan.

Onkyo six CD changer stuck closed, reads "Mechanical Error" in window...Also, new Onkyo tape deck TA-RW255 tape stuck, won't open and won't turn off.

The Onkyo CD changer has an internal mechanical problem that could be anything from a disc being jammed in the mech, to a bad belt, or a bad IC or supply voltage that goes to the servo circuit. No way to be certain without troubleshooting it. You can open it up and see if a disc is stuck, but unless you have some experience in this sort of thing it is better left to a professional, You can cause more damage than you started with by trying to fix something you don't know that much about.

The tape deck could have any number of problems as well. A bad belt or gear, a defective servo circuit, and the list could go on, but they are all things that also should be checked by a professional.
Most of the time a tape won't eject is form the tape head being engaged and not letting loose of the tape. But since it won't turn off, you have some more serious problems. That is an indication of something not communicating with the microprocessor. It could be a digital transistor, a shorted capacitor, and like before, many other things. Whatever you do, don't force the tape deck open. It will destroy the head assembly and it may even void your warranty (you did say it was new).
You need to find an authorized Onkyo service center near you. Contact Onkyo if you can not find one yourself.
This really is the best action you could take. Onkyo is a very good brand, and in most cases is worth getting repaired. If it were some type of cheap-o brand it wouldn't matter what you did to it because replacing it would always be cheaper than paying for a repair. That is not the case with your equipment.

If I can be of further help, just ask me.
