Getting message "pls insert disk in drive" on inserting the USB

The computer detects my pen drive but doesnot show any contents. It gives a message saying " Please insert disk into the drive".
Autoplay option is also not showing any thing on the pen drive.

Hello sir/Madam,
You can recover by doing the following:
go to transcend website and download this software;
(http://www.transcendusa.com/products/online_recovery.asp) and then you have to select repair and save data..
andthen also if you dont get ur full data,you can download Pen driverecovery from many sites(search on google) and recover or else email meat devgolani@gmail.com for full software..
