Question about Samsung 2220WM-HAS Monitor
Remove VGA cable from back of the monitor (if detachable), also remove from PC's VGA card.
With a dry toothbrush or similar brush remove any dust from the pins and blow away excess dirt.
Reconnect wires making sure connections are tight but not too tight.
If the problem remains then try checking if VGA card is loose or the connector.
There might be a problem with your display card if its old.
LCD monitors frequently come with a 3 year warranty. In the unlikely event your monitor is damaged then consider sending under warranty.
