Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

My left arrow key broke quite some time ago and it finally came off. It's in three pieces now. How do I fix this?

Depending on how broken it is you might be able to line the parts up and snap them back in.
So if the plastic part under the actual key came off too (and isn't actually broken) snap that onto the board first. Then try to put the key itself back on.
Otherwise you could order parts online and install yourself, take it to a shop, or ask someone you know that can do it in person.

My kids flipped the screen upside down and I can't flip it back. When you are looking at the screen everything is upside down

LOL, LOL -- thats is so funny !

this will help

Holding down CTRL and ALT while pressing the DOWN ARROW flips the screen upside down.

Which is the enter key or return key on a advent intel-pentium dual-core T2330

It's the key below the backspace key (arrow pointing left). Or at the upper part of the right side shift key (arrow pointing up). It should be the key with an arrow pointing down left.
