Question about HP LaserJet M1120 MFP All-In-One Printer
Hi, this error show me, i cant use scanner
The problem is that the motor that drives the scanner probably overheated and because of the cheap plastic that HP used it melted important points that the motor relis on...so - remove the glas of the scanner(there are some screws - one of them hidden under the label of the panel, unhook the interface cable of the panel). Now you should see the scanner - flip it over and look at the motor exle and the gear that it should mesh with - they are not aligned at this time.To fix it i used 2 small pieces of plastic - sticked it under the motor so that it can not move in vertical direction anymore. Simply this is the solution that i used and it works just fine :) If you have any questions dont hesitate to contact me. email@example.com
