There is no specific wiring for eMachine. your wiring goes from power supply (big box with fan) to motherboard (large board with many components) to hard drive, cd rom, fan, etc. pretty easy to figure out if you look closely
Here's one solution. Examine the mother board in your PC and note the maker and model. Google that on the internet and goto the site. On this site will be a motherboard (system board) manual, drivers and wiring connections plus jumper information.
A quick google determined your emachines model w2040 is equipped with FIC motherboard AM37. Download the manual from http://www.fic.com.tw/support/motherboard/motherboard.aspx?model_id=107 You'll find the pinout info for your wiring on page 13. Most motherboards also have the pinouts silkscreened onto the board itself.
If you are replacing the power supply and it has 4 pin 12v conector and your motherboard doesn't, just disregard the 4 pin plug. The 20 pin conector will supply sufficient power for the processor. Many of the older motherboards did not have a separate 12v supply for the processor.
